The company was founded more than 40 years ago by a Belgian couple who immigrated to Canada in the 1970s. At the time, the company’s founders wanted to fill the need for a local supply of high-quality chocolate-processing equipment.
Today, Perfect Choco is owned by two shareholders, Stéphane Audy and Pierre-Olivier Gauthier. They are both engineers who specialize in food and liquid processing. The co-owners are dedicated in building long lasting relationships with their customers based on mutual trust and respect.
