Wheel tempering Air 2.0, Air 6 and Air 10
The Wheel tempering machine is perfect for small to medium scale artisan chocolatiers with limited floorspace.
The modular design is created so that this machine can grow with your business by adding an enrober, cooling tunnel, or any of our other options. The capacity can also grow by adding items such as heating cabinets which will assist with quick chocolate changes.
Air 2.0
The wheel tempering machine is designed to melt and temper up to 20 kg of chocolate. The rotating wheel continuously stirs the chocolate, ensuring a smooth and consistent temperature and texture. This model is constructed from stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean. It is equipped with digital temperature controls for precise adjustments, and its design allows for easy pouring and handling of tempered chocolate.
